All products on this site are supplied by Pickett Ltd and are available to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By accessing this website and placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order will take place immediately, at which point you will be charged, and we will e-mail you an order confirmation. Personalised items will be charged prior to personalisation. We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be as a result of the goods ordered being out of stock, a problem with obtaining payment authorisation or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If for any reason, there is a problem with your order we will contact you. All purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between Pickett Ltd and you, the customer, will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
Security policy
Your credit card details are required when making a purchase on our website or over the phone with our mail order department. These details are carefully processed by our payment gateway Shopify; we at Pickett do not retain any of these details.
They use service providers to help provide services to their merchants. Outside of these service providers, they will only share your information if they are legally required to do so (for example, if they receive a legally binding court order or subpoena), or where Pickett instructs them to share information on their behalf.
ShopifyPayments uses a range secure method such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Shopify payments systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL. So, when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, as well as major services e.g. Apple Pay, Paypal.

Third Party

- Royal Mail and AAS Courier Service in order to fulfil purchase deliveries.
- Sagepay to process and authorise card payments, completing orders securely (Terms & Conditions 'Security Policy').
- Mailchimp to maintain our newsletter subscribers and generate purposeful marketing content.
By purchasing on the website, you are consenting to Pickett sharing the necessary personal information with these third parties to process your order as stated, to banks, credit card companies and couriers. Some of these selected third parties may be in countries outside of the United Kingdom.
We may also form contracts with other companies to provide certain services, such as shipping, name and address verification, database management, profiling, segmentation and market research. Pickett provide these companies with only the information they need to execute their services.
